Role - Salesforce Business Analyst
Location - Juno Beach, FL, USA - onsite
Duration - Long-term
Role, Skills, Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using Agile techniques like user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including configuration of Salesforce features, workflows, and other custom functionalities.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and the Scrum team to design and implement custom solutions when necessary.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
- Coordinate and manage Agile project tasks and ensure their completion within sprints.
- Maintain Agile project documentation and manage changes to the product backlog.
- Configure Salesforce applications according to business requirements and Agile user stories.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users like fixing authenticator issues, updating user profiles and permission sets.
- Ability to manage tickets from service now, analyze issues before sending to developers
- Develop and maintain user guides and best practice documentation.
- Monitor Salesforce platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and new releases.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the Scrum team.
- Foster strong working relationships with business users, project managers, developers, and other team members.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and other Agile meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability.
