US Senior Operations Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·     Planning, directing, and coordinating all activities for production, quality control, order fulfillment

·     Oversee: planning, procurement, manufacturing ERP, repairs, supplier management, shipping

·     Ensure license activations are coordinated with turn-up processes

Work with accounting and other daily activities to ensure service and production excellence

·     Handle management of all internal processes quoting, prototypes, licensing

·     Responsible for leading the order fulfillment, manufacturing, purchasing, inspection, and receiving

·     Oversee technical services, and service depot for legacy products

·     Manage integrated circuit board repair processes

·     Help hire new operational talent as the business expands

·     Oversee operations to ensure compliance with quality system and objectives 

·     Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

·     Utilize daily management systems as part of operational best practices and reporting

ACCOUNTABILITIES/SCOPE:

Interfaces with all levels within the company, external communications include customers, suppliers, and distribution partners.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

·     Highly organized, critical thinking capability, and good customer communication skills.

·     Quick learner

·     Experience in PO processes and interrelated systems including CRM, ERP, and Accounting systems

·     Supervisory skills.

·     Microsoft 365 proficient

·     Knowledge of manufacturing industry standards a plus

·     Electro/ Mechanical technologies a plus.

·     Process throughput/ efficiencies

·     Maintaining workmanship standards

·     Planning and goal setting

·     Good verbal and written communication skills

·     Ability to use computerized systems (MRP)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·     Degree in a relevant business-oriented stream.

·     5 years experience in a pertinent position.

Experience with Great Plains or equivalent ERP System a plus
