Minimum Eligibility Requirements :
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a healthcare, Assisted Living, or Memory Care setting.
- Previous experience with shift scheduling preferred.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
- Strong documentation and assessment skills.
- Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner.
JOB FUNCTION : The scheduler expedites patient care by scheduling and managing assignments for our clinical team. This position will manage initial assignments, communication of assignments, and ongoing scheduling needs for the clinical staff and the needs of our patients. The scheduler will also be required to work on the floor to provide direct patient care.
