Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Drug and Alcohol Counselor located in Paducah, KY. The Counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, implementing chemical dependency interventions, relapse prevention strategies, case management, and applying psychological principles to support individuals on their path to recovery.

Qualifications
- Treatment Planning, Chemical Dependency, and Relapse Prevention skills
- Case Management and Psychology knowledge
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and understanding towards individuals struggling with addiction
- Active licensure or certification in drug and alcohol counseling
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Prefer LCADC will consider CADC as well.
