Responsibilities
- Teach dance classes for students of varying skill levels and ages, ensuring each student receives personalized attention.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect, discipline, and enthusiasm for dance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and encourage their growth in dance.
- Organize performances and recitals, coordinating with students and parents for successful events.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive curriculum that supports student development across different styles of dance.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dance instruction or related fields such as early childhood education or special education is preferred.
