We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our growing sales team, with a particular focus on Government and Federal Projects. Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management, with a focus on government and federal projects.
- Proven experience working with government procurement processes and regulations.
- Experience in project management or supporting project execution from a sales perspective is highly desirable.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in government contracting (e.g., Contract Management, PMP) are a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of government and federal procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, GSA schedules, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex proposals to government clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer, and lift files or materials up to 25 pounds when necessary.
