We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and versatile video editor to join our growing team. This role involves editing dynamic, visually captivating videos for Ariana Designs and Architecture, including long-form podcasts, medium-length videos, and short-form content for platforms such as YouTube, X, and Instagram.
Additionally, you’ll create still images and static posts for social media, ensuring cohesive brand representation across all platforms.

You possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and a proactive mindset, ready to manage projects from raw footage to polished, audience-ready content.
This position offers flexible scheduling but requires availability during Pacific Standard Time hours of 9 AM to 3 PM to align with team collaboration and deadlines.
- Video Editing and Content Creation
- Edit long-form podcasts (30–60 minutes) and medium-length videos (~10 minutes).
- Produce engaging shorts and reels (10–15 per week) optimized for social platforms.
- Create still images and static posts for social media campaigns.
- Storytelling and Creative Ideation
- Develop compelling storylines from raw footage, ensuring content aligns with brand goals.
- Contribute creative ideas and themes for new content.
- Technical and Production Workflow
- Organize and manage raw footage, edits, and final files using Google Drive and other software as necessary.
- Perform color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics creation as needed.
- Ensure all files are properly labeled, stored, and accessible to team members.
- Content Quality and Optimization
- Review and refine all video and image content to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the creative director and team to meet deadlines and deliver impactful content.
- Communicate effectively and promptly to keep projects on track.
- 4 years of video editing experience with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
- Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Ability to create engaging still images and static posts using design tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics for social and digital media.
- Experience editing for platforms such as YouTube, X, and Instagram.
- Knowledge of audio editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for innovation.
This is a per-unit production-based role, rewarding output and performance. The expected weekly workload includes:
- Long-Form Videos: 1-2 podcasts (30–60 minutes each)
- Medium-Form Videos: 1-2 videos (~10 minutes each)
- Shorts and Reels: 10–15 short-form videos
- Static Content: Creation of still images and static posts as needed
Compensation will be determined based on the type and volume of content produced. Payments will be made weekly upon approval of completed deliverables.
Flexible ScheduleThis role offers a flexible schedule but requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (9 AM–3 PM) for collaboration and project updates. The ability to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines is a plus.
