Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to lead businesses through digital change initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with client leadership teams to assess current capabilities, identify transformation opportunities, and implement strategies that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
This is a remote, contract-based role with occasional travel to client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation projects from strategy through execution
- Analyze current business processes, technologies, and digital maturity
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and operational improvements
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with client business goals
- Facilitate change management and stakeholder buy-in for new digital tools and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, marketing, and leadership
- Monitor progress, measure impact, and report on key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 8 years of consulting experience in digital transformation or business strategy
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, digital ecosystems, and process improvement
- Proven experience working with enterprise clients across industries
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
- Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus
- Active or prior Security Clearance is preferred
Travel Requirement:
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time (domestic travel)
Hourly Rate:
$75 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Work Authorization:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- All employment offers are contingent on passing a background check
