Ariel Clinical Services is looking for a dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant who can keep our leadership team performing at their best. Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours/week
Required Travel: Minimal, 10-50%, depending on Project.
Salary: Hiring Range: $24.04-$25.48 DOQ

THE ROLE:
As our Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll be the right hand to our Regional Executive Director and Regional Program Manager. This position is for professionals who understand that exceptional administrative support is what transforms good leadership into great leadership. You'll be tackling meaningful challenges that directly impact our ability to serve our clients effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the guardian of executives' time by masterfully tracking contracts and ensuring timely approvals
- Orchestrate complex schedules with meetings, travel, and appointments that run like clockwork
- Deliver impeccable administrative support that anticipates needs before they arise
- Drive key projects forward, including quality assurance initiatives and staff communications
- Handle sensitive MANE and Foster Care investigation management with discretion and attention to detail
- Transform raw data into compelling reports that inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate agency events that strengthen our mission and community connections
- Ensure critical monthly documentation is processed accurately and on time
Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Brings an Associate's Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent real-world experience)
- Has at least 2 years of proven administrative expertise in professional environments
- Demonstrates advanced Microsoft Office skills that go beyond the basics
- Communicates with clarity and confidence in both writing and speech
- Possesses the organizational superpowers that keep multiple priorities moving forward
- Shows a track record of building relationships across departments and managing competing demands
- Approaches challenges with a solution mindset rather than a problem focus
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel
- Thrives in environments that require rapid adaptation while maintaining focus on results

- Experience supporting the I/DD or child welfare population
- Advanced computer skills especially utilizing spreadsheets, reports, marketing materials, telecommunication software, data programs.
