Position Overview :
We are growing rapidly at the Ariel McLanahan State Farm Agency and I am looking to hire a new Customer Service Representative! I am looking for a motivated individual who thrives on making a difference, follows through on tasks, and can juggle multiple responsibilities without missing a beat. If you’re great with people, quick to learn new systems, and have a knack for handling details, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring policyholders feel valued.
Process policy changes, payments, and other administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
Master State Farm’s computer systems and tools to effectively manage customer accounts.
Support sales team efforts by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring seamless policyholder experiences.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
Collaborate with other team members in my agency to meet agency goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
