**Job Description**
Elmora Family Practice is currently seeking for a professional Bilingual [Spanish & English] Nurse Practitioner who can deliver patient-centered Primary Medical Care to a wide variety of patients in a community setting. The Provider will be responsible in caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and administering follow-up to patients as required. The successful candidate will work alongside our current APN and MD. As a team we will continue to deliver premium care to each and every patient in our community.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner responsibilities:
- Practice in accordance with the state’s laws, rules and regulations.
- Practice as a member of an interdisciplinary health care team for all patients (13 and older).
- Provide primary health care through direct care, consultation, collaboration, coordination and/or referral.
- Assess and treat patients for a variety of chronic and acute conditions
- Review any and all results from ordered testing
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
- Appointments scheduled 5 days a week; Weekends and Major Holidays Off
Advanced Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- Bilingual [Spanish & English] (Mandatory)
- Valid Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license
- Must have exceptional bedside manner and confidence
- 4 years clinical experience
- Must maintain current license and certification during duration of employment
- Ability to work within a team and take direction
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience using EHR/EMR
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
