Duties
- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson plans.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and engagement.
- Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions and behavior management techniques.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Participate in training sessions related to first aid, childhood development, and caregiving practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
Experience
- Previous experience in daycare or childcare settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Skills in first aid and emergency response are beneficial.
- A background in nannying or caregiving can enhance your application.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
