Assembler

AriensCo is currently seeking dependable employees to join our 1st shift manufacturing team in Brillion, WI.

• Pay: Starts at $16/hour and you are guaranteed a $1/hour increase every 6 months until you reach $20/hour
• Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours) working 4:30AM - 2:30PM

THE DAY TO DAY…

• Safe operation of machine, power tools and hand tools necessary to assemble outdoor power equipment
• Adhere to and help promote the Ariens Core Values
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility with familiarity of assembly line processes and procedures
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment ("PPE") at all times
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate

THE PHYSICAL DEMANDS...

• Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
• Must be able to bend, twist, turn, above head, repetitive motions, fine manipulation, lifting at waist
• Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in a fast paced environment
• Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
