Job Description
The Customer Service Representative role at AriensCo is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include processing orders for customers as it relates to the parts business: US & Canadian Dealers, National Accounts, State & Government Agencies, complete external and internal order processing, RMA's, product registration support, and dealer locator support, successful communication in support of the customer with internal teams, apply field promotions ensuring pricing and terms are executed correctly, communicate process and system issues related to order processing to leadership, have knowledge of credit card order processing and all processes related to these transactions, actively attend and participate in required training, stay current with system and product information, changes, and updates, identify and implement process improvements for workflows they oversee.
