Job Description
Hospitality
We are excited to recruit a motivated and passionate Hospitality Intern for our Brillion, WI locations! This support role is perfect for those eager to dive into the world of hospitality and make a real impact.
THE DAY TO DAY…
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Be environmentally aware
- Strive to achieve departmental targets
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar and Events
- Consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
- Learning more about opportunities within your field of study
- Working with and building relationships with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Working on new and challenging tasks/projects daily
- Leading, developing, and presenting on a final project
- Public speaking in front of executives
- Customer service
- Hospitality operations and set up
- Food preparation
- Cross-functional interaction
- Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited college pursuing a degree in Hospitality or similar field highly preferred
- Must have and maintain a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0/4.0
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Positive attitude
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Flexible work schedule which will include nights and weekends
