Job Summary:
The Clean & Repair Technician’s primary role is to clean, repair, and refurbish mobile office trailers. General construction knowledge is required.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various electric/air-powered tools, along with regular hand tools.
- Precisely measure, cut, and install various types of construction material.
- Repair structural and cosmetic damage.
- Document tasks performed and materials used.
- Clean, repair, and/or refurbish mobile offices in preparation for customer utilization.
- Maintain a safety-first work environment at all times by following all safe practices and adhering to all safety standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed quality standards.
- Ensure all Company policies are adhered to.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work individually and as a team player.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Knowledge of general carpentry.
- Ability to operate hand tools.
- Consistent high-quality work.
- Ability to work in all climates.
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 100 lbs. regularly.

Job Qualifications:

Job Type:
Full-time, 40 hrs/wk. Hours: M-Th: 7:00am – 4:30pm, F: 7:00am – 11:00am
Compensation:
Starting wage $16.00/hr. - with opportunities for advancement.
