Aries Chemical, a leader in chemical and water treatment equipment solutions, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Customer and Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an in-office position helping produce equipment quotes, ordering certain lines of equipment, helping produce large project proposals, submittals and manuals. Individual will work with Aries’ customers, equipment group, and salespeople to support equipment sales and service.

Responsibilities:
- Work with salespeople, engineering staff and vendors to obtain current equipment costs.
- Prepare equipment quotes
- Purchase equipment for resale and projects
- Manage customer equipment purchase orders from PO receipt through shipment and invoicing
- Maintain organized records of equipment quotes, purchases, customers and vendors.
- Help organize and publish technical documents, including manuals, project submittals and equipment quotes.
- Provide administrative assistance to aid equipment sales and service
- Maintain equipment project costing worksheets
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Team oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service and or purchasing experience
- Mechanical equipment aptitude or experience
- High School or College Degree
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
