Aries Clean Technologies is a leading developer of biosolids gasification facilities in the US. We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the company CFO.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead the financial operations of our Plant, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and procurement administration. This role requires collaboration with plant management to analyze and optimize processes, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and enhance profitability.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, operating costs, and capital expenditures.
- Serve as a business partner to the Plant General Manager and Management Team, providing clear financial insights and analysis of results.
- Lead procurement administration processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and adherence to budgets and forecasts.
- Manage capital expenditure processes, working closely with plant management on project analysis and tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Plant Controller or Operations Controller.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
