Description
Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is to transport and install all equipment necessary within a facility to operate through the Aries network.
Position Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director, Technology Services the Installation Technician are responsible for building, installing, removing, maintaining, reporting, delivering and monitoring all equipment involved.
Requirements
Specific Accountabilities
1. Must Configure equipment accordingly and complete Quality Assurance forms. Installation of equipment into facility.
2. Will be responsible for vehicle load, equipment and inspections on vehicles during all operations.
3. Must maintain an upstanding relationship with all facilities.
4. Must be able to effectively communicate with facility staff, facility management, and customers.
5. Must be flexible for emergency situations, short notice tasks.
6. Will provide accurate and detailed reports to manager regarding all work (written and oral).
7. Will complete all necessary reports for expenses.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Must currently have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
2. Must be able to effectively troubleshoot (hardware & software).
3. Must be able to travel for extended periods of time, up to 14 days at a time.
4. Must be able to lift, push or pull 80 pounds.
5. Must be able to work extended work shifts.
6. Must be able to maintain accurate reports for expenses and work accomplished.
7. Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Gaming Regulations.
8. Must be able to obtain and keep various required Gaming Licenses.
9. Must be mechanically inclined; ability to use hand tools.
10. Positive attitude, teamwork mentality.
11. As a representative of the company, employee must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
12. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to bending, twisting, climbing, reaching and squatting.
Education and Experience
1. High School Diploma or GED
