Arion Care is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Attendant Care (ATC) Monitors to join our team. The ATC Monitor will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our members by conducting in-home monitoring visits across the state of Arizona. This role requires adherence to all applicable regulations and policies, ensuring that both members and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) receive the support they need to maintain a high quality of care.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience/Education: Background in customer service and/or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Licensing & Background Checks: Current valid AZ Driver's License, satisfactory background check, and ability to obtain a DPS fingerprint card.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): Required
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is a MUST to travel to different work sites and member homes.
- Technology Skills: Ability to work with multiple databases and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
- Paid per visit, with potential for mileage bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Visits: Conduct in-home Attendant Care (ATC) monitoring visits according to the required schedule: 5 days after initial service, 30 days, 60 days (if needed), and 90 days thereafter.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Ensure that every Direct Support Professional (DSP) is monitored after 90 days and annually thereafter.
- Family & Guardian Communication: Coordinate with families and guardians to schedule visits and provide updates or answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain Records: Complete all required documentation, electronic forms, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all ISP, company, and funding source policies to maintain comprehensive records, logs, and documentation.
- Use of Technology: Work with various software applications, including Microsoft Office, to maintain accurate data and complete required forms.
Work Environment:
- This job operates as a remote tele-work position, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide a separate workplace at a corporate location. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare if appropriate. This position requires travel and in-person meetings.
