Arion Care is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Attendant Care (ATC) Monitors to join our team. The ATC Monitor will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our members by conducting in-home monitoring visits across the state of Arizona. This role requires adherence to all applicable regulations and policies, ensuring that both members and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) receive the support they need to maintain a high quality of care.

Qualifications & Requirements :
- Experience / Education : Background in customer service and / or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Age : Must be at least 18 years old.
- Licensing & Background Checks : Current valid AZ Driver's License, satisfactory background check, and ability to obtain a DPS fingerprint card.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) : Required
- Transportation : Reliable transportation is a MUST to travel to different work sites and member homes.
- Technology Skills : Ability to work with multiple databases and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
