Arion Care is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bilingual Developmental Disabilities (DD) Coordinator to join our team! In this vital administrative support role, you'll collaborate with DD Area Managers, Supervisors, and our exceptional team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure that our members receive the highest quality of care.
As the DD Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, processing payroll and billing, supporting member planning meetings, and fostering strong relationships with team members, guardians, and our diverse community of individuals served.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Must live in the Yuma, AZ area
- Experience in administrative support, psychology, behavioral science, social work, disability services, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry; ability to learn new database and software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text within 1 business day.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel throughout the valley to various work sites and member homes.
- Other Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age.
