Position Overview:
As the EVV Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system. You will supervise a team of EVV Coordinators and support staff, helping them navigate challenges and maintain accurate records to meet contractual regulations. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating day-to-day activities, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor EVV Coordinators, conduct performance reviews, and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Task Management: Oversee daily tasks including monitoring timecard errors, location issues, and provider/guardian engagement with timekeeping software.
- EVV Troubleshooting: Communicate and solve issues related to the EVV/timekeeping software with providers and guardians.
- Training & Development: Provide training to new and current team members, helping them stay aligned with best practices.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage daily provider schedules, monitor ATC and RSP tasks, and ensure timely updates to reports and software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to ensure consistent task completion and contribute to team meetings.
Experience We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of direct experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with multiple database and software applications.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and offer clear solutions.
- Experience in managing and training teams, with a focus on relationship management and fostering teamwork.
- A keen eye for accuracy, especially with scheduling and timekeeping data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory background check
- Able to acquire and maintain DPS fingerprint card
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor
