ARIS at home provides Non-Medical, In Home Care to the elderly, people with disabilities and people with complications that limits their ability to live independently. ARIS at home provides personal and/or companion care to assist our clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) and give them the option to remain in their own homes. We are currently looking for a Recruiting/Scheduling Coordinator for our Hillside, IL office. Below is a list of the functions required within this position.
Recruiting/Scheduling Responsibilities
- Gains a clear understanding of each client’s technical and cultural requirements within his or her open positions.
- Is flexible in servicing the needs of a variety of client environments and is adept at recruiting and placing the proper candidates.
- Has a demonstrated track record of successful placements with a premium placed on quality and proper fit.
- Prepares employees for their assignments and sets appropriate expectations of the employee.
- Actively coordinate the client/employee work schedules to make sure all care requested is provided in a organized fashion.
- Understands how to leverage various recruiting tools (i.e. internet job boards, networking, recruitment advertising, etc.) in order to maintain a highly skilled talent pipeline within the home office.
- Actively coordinates the office recruiting activities based on the needs of our current customers and open orders.
Business Operation Responsibilities
- Assists the Director Of Home Services and rest of the office staff, with the coordination, evaluation and planning of home care services.
- Coordinate with office team to complete internal administrative activities, which includes HR compliance.
- Provide leadership to field employees.
- Ensures that employees deliver services in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
