Job Summary for Customer Services Representative | CSR: To provide excellent customer service by accurately, promptly, and efficiently processing and acknowledging orders and information to our distributor network.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $40,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities for Customer Services Representative | CSR:
Process customers’ orders upon receipt either by phone or email, by comparing requested order against available inventory and manage those orders.
- Process customers’ orders upon receipt either by phone, or email, by comparing requested orders against available inventory.
- Enter new orders, and manage order changes.
- Monitor B2B order activity and order revisions.
- Advise on substitutions for material that is not available for the requested ship date.
- Offer advice on varieties that would be suitable to the customers’ area.
- Perform problem resolution by communicating shortages, delays in shipment, and setting up back orders and/or substitutions.
- Promote new varieties and active sales.
- Welcome, great, and help visitor walk-ins at Smoketown facility.
- Participate in customer visits and tours at the Smoketown facility.
Job Requirements Customer Services Representative | CSR:
- Horticulture experience/knowledge preferred
- 3 years of customer service experience
- MS Office Suite experience including Excel preferred
- SAP and AS400 experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to prioritize a heavy workload

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
