About the role:
The role of the EVV Team Validation Specialist is to perform quality control review of data to ensure reliability and validity between electronic visits and timesheets submitted for in-scope programs to determine which timesheets are ready for entry and which need follow up.
What you will do:
- Timesheet Processing
- Review submitted timesheets for missing/incorrect information, etc.
- Review submitted timesheets based on State, Federal and program guidelines
- Work with Customer Service/ Data Entry team to resolve errors/issues uncovered with submitted timesheets
- Technical Service/Customer Service
- Provide customer service to employers and employees related to visit verification
- Perform daily review of EVV-related reports to determine potential issues with incomplete/unverified visits to be able to assist employers before payment issues occur
- Assist EVV Customer Service team in employer outreach to proactively verify incomplete visits before issues occur with timesheets
- Provide technical assistance and telephonic training around basic end user issues (login issues, password, reset, verifying visits, etc.)
- Provide customer service and technical assistance to assist users to assist with eTimesheet issues for in-scope users related to updating information across systems
- Provide technical assistance and training to coworkers regarding the State’s EVV solution
- Support
- Provides any additional support to Customer Service or other departments within ARIS Solutions as needed
- Other duties as assigned
