Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. Duties
- Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
- Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring resident rights are respected.
- Engage with clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental well-being.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for those you assist.
- Be prepared to work with individuals on the autism spectrum, offering tailored support as required.
- Administer CPR or first aid when necessary, ensuring safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, group home settings, or hospice care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of patient care principles and practices is essential.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving duties, including lifting or moving clients as needed.
- CPR certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held is required.
- By lingual is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
