Arisa Health in Jonesboro is seeking candidates to fill an Accounting Assistant Manager position. An associate's degree in accounting or a business-related field, or 2-5 years of experience is required. Must be well versed in Arkansas Medicaid rules and regulations. This position will assist the Accounting Manager to supervise and maintain all areas of Accounts Receivable, including medical billing, posting payments, researching client data and establishing policies and guidelines. Maintaining relationships and contacts with outside revenue sources and insurance companies. Duties include but are not limited to: Filing, Data Entry, Research, Collection, and maintaining various spreadsheets. Specific duties will include working with all payor sources, tracking past due accounts, and resolving issues so that claims can be filed and payment received. Payment posting and reconciliation. Assist in other areas as needed.

This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly).
Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What our Accounting Assistant Manager will do:
- Research and Maintain Accounts
- Determine Work Assignments, Track Progress of Staff, Resolve Billing Issues, Training Staff Accordingly to Correct Problems
- Maintain 3rd Party Billing Knowledge
- Work Closely with Other Departments
- Training/Cross Training
