Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative Lead position in Jonesboro. The CSR Lead demonstrates advanced knowledge of internal concepts and practices with specialization working with complex assignments. The CSR Lead has excellent presentation and communication skills. The CSR Lead will travel across the region as directed to assume responsibility for achievement of team goals, providing implementation, instruction and support in order to reach them. When the CSR Lead is not providing hands on training, they will work independently on complex work assignments, reviews progress made on weekly team tasks, evaluates results and updates CSR Supervisor as appropriate. The CSR Lead may direct and delegate work to the CSR.
At least two years of related experience is required, along with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should have excellent presentation and communications skills, good time management skills, and the ability to anticipate agency needs engage in solving problems.
The CSR Lead position will support the Jonesboro Clinic in the following ways:
- Provide daily leadership for CSR's
- Work closely with CSR Supervisor to implement policies and improve workflows to improve efficiency
- Support CSR Supervisor with tracking and compliance reports
- Assist the CSR team, being available for coverage, floating to other locations as needed, and training
- Monitoring the department email accounts with timely response
- Alert CSR Supervisor of interpersonal issues with team members
Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
