Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider II (QBHP) position at the Haven Residential facility in Conway. The ideal Qualified Behavioral Health Provider II will have experience in working with adolescents who have experienced complex trauma. Knowledge of the foster care system is beneficial and strongly preferred.
Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
This position is classified as full- time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Coordinator.
Work hours: Wednesday - Saturday, 11:00am - 9:30pm
What we look for in a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional II:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field OR High school Diploma with 2-5 years in related field required.
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Strong Attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task in crisis situations is essential
- Ability to work as part of a treatment team
