Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with research and advancements in the field of behavioral health and special education.
- Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, including schools and community organizations.
Skills
