Position: We are seeking a dedicated Associate Chiropractor to join our team and provide exceptional patient care through chiropractic adjustments. The ideal candidate is passionate about corrective, pediatric, and prenatal care or eager to train in these areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments
  • Build strong patient relationships, greeting each by name
  • Conduct one-on-one progress evaluations to empower and educate patients
  • Lead monthly health-related workshops and create social media content
  • Analyze, mark, and upload X-rays
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to improve clinic processes and uphold excellence
  • Inform patients about upcoming events and educational opportunities


Responsibilities


Patient Care & Adjustments

  • Perform high-quality chiropractic adjustments tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Specialize in (or be willing to train in) corrective, pediatric, and prenatal chiropractic care.
  • Ensure each patient receives personalized treatment and support throughout their care plan.


Patient Engagement & Education

  • Learn and address each patient by name to foster a welcoming and caring environment.
  • Conduct one-on-one progress evaluations to assess patient improvements and make necessary adjustments.
  • Educate patients on their health and wellness journey, ensuring they feel empowered and informed.


Workshops & Social Media Education

  • Organize and lead monthly health-related workshops to provide patients with valuable wellness education.
  • Contribute to social media content by sharing educational materials and insights on chiropractic care and overall health.


X-Ray Analysis & Documentation

  • Mark, analyze, and upload X-rays for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuity of care.


Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work alongside a committed team to enhance clinic operations and patient experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop new processes when necessary, and maintain high standards of excellence.


Clinic Events & Patient Communication

  • Keep patients informed about upcoming workshops, events, and special programs.
  • Help promote patient engagement and retention by fostering a supportive community.


Qualifications

Education & Licensing

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
  • Active state chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Certifications or specialized training in corrective, pediatric, and prenatal care (or a strong willingness to train in these areas).


Clinical Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in performing chiropractic adjustments and spinal corrections.
  • Experience (or training) in analyzing and marking X-rays for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Ability to conduct thorough patient evaluations and progress assessments to ensure effective treatment.


Patient Care & Communication

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to learning and addressing patients by name.
  • Passion for educating patients about their health through one-on-one interactions, workshops, and social media content.
  • Ability to empower and equip patients with knowledge about their chiropractic care and overall wellness.


Teamwork & Professionalism

  • Willingness to work collaboratively with a team to improve processes and maintain excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills for proper documentation and compliance with clinic standards.
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and grow within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.


Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience or certification in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care.
  • Background in functional movement assessments, soft tissue therapy, or rehabilitation techniques.
  • Prior experience conducting health workshops or social media education.
