The Role:
We’re seeking a Client Service Associate who will be a vital part of our high-performing team. This role is about more than operational support—it’s about building meaningful relationships, solving problems proactively, and ensuring every client feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Focused Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for private clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to excellence.
- Account Management: Open and maintain accounts across multiple custodians with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operational Expertise: Process wires, trades, and transfers with precision, leveraging your in-depth understanding of custodian platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with advisors to prepare for client meetings, organize client activity reports, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (e.g., Wealthbox).
- Marketing Assistance: Support the team in executing marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing pre-prepared materials for client meetings and communications.
- Client Events: Assist in the execution of client events, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for attendees.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential client needs before they arise and offer thoughtful, proactive solutions.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to industry regulations and firm policies, ensuring all processes meet the highest compliance standards while delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a client service role within the financial services industry, focusing on private client assets.
- Custodial Knowledge: Familiarity with multiple custodians and their platforms is essential (Fidelity and Schwab is a plus).
- Technology Proficiency: Strong skills in CRM systems (experience with Redtail is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-Oriented: Precision and accuracy are your trademarks.
- Financial Acumen: A solid grasp of financial concepts and account management.
- Client-Centric Approach: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for building meaningful client relationships.
