About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our business running efficiently behind the scenes. You’ll ensure that internal processes are streamlined, client data is precise, and systems like Redtail CRM and Orion Advisor Tech are optimized for peak performance. What You’ll Do!
- Drive Operational Excellence: Handle account maintenance, transfers, and reconciliations across multiple custodians like Schwab, Fidelity, and TD Ameritrade.
- Data Management: Maintain clean, accurate client records in Redtail CRM and optimize performance reporting in Orion Advisor Tech.
- Support Key Workflows: Administer operational workflows for 401(k) and cash balance plans, ensuring precision, timeliness, and compliance.
- Technology Champion: Help integrate, manage, and troubleshoot advanced systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and document retention to uphold firm standards.
- Streamline Processes: Identify and implement improvements to workflows, increasing team efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with advisors and leadership to support firm initiatives and ensure seamless operations.
What You Bring!
- Experience: 3-5 years of operations experience within an RIA or financial services firm.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Redtail CRM, Orion Advisor Tech, and Microsoft Office Suite; strong familiarity with custodian systems like Schwab and Fidelity.
