We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team in providing quality care to residents. Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Ensure the upmost quality and patient-centered care of residents
- Coordinate infection control
- Plan organize and implement training programs / in-services for clinical staff.
- Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff
- Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of residents . This may include recruitment.
- Oversee the process for competency evaluations and corrective action plans.
