What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Assistant position at Aristeo Construction?

Position Responsibilities :
- Maintain contracts to ensure compliance
- Type purchase orders and change orders
- Enter all subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders in Viewpoint
- Track and maintain paperwork for subcontractors
- Apply for the National Maintenance Agreement as directed by Project Managers and report NMA work hours
- Track and maintain Notice of Commencements and Notice of Furnishing
- Assist with subcontractor prequalification's
- Track and maintain insurance for all companies and Alliance Crane
- Ensure minority reporting in all contracts
- Assist in filing liens and assist estimating as needed
