What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Product Manager, Games Sales position at Aristocrat Gaming?
What You'll Do
Commercial Release Planning:
- Drive the commercial release planning process, including creating strategy communications and launch plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop effective launch strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
- Report on market and industry trends to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Proactively analyze sales and market data to identify product optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Fleet Management:
- Closely manage the fleet, including product deployment funnel, growth opportunities, conversions, removals, forecasting, yield, and product penetration.
- Monitor and track fleet performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Execute reporting and dashboards for launch plans, monthly burndown reports, and quarterly business reviews.
- Conduct benefit analysis to evaluate portfolio performance, optimization, and fleet management effectiveness.
Program Support:
- Support initiatives such as the 100 Seed, Champions (test bank) Program, and other commercial programs to ensure KPIs are met and customer expectations are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic solutions and address performance gaps.
Tradeshow and Showroom Support:
- Provide support for all Games Sales verticals at tradeshows and showrooms, assisting with product demonstrations and customer interactions.
- Comfortable demonstrating products and explaining product features to decision-makers at events, onsite, and during training.
Process Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and communications within the Games Sales team and with external stakeholders.
- Implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product management and execution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience in the gaming industry.
- Demonstrated project management experience with strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with experience using Salesforce and Tableau; preference for Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem solver with the capability to provide innovative solutions to challenges and roadblocks.
- Comfortable demonstrating products and explaining product features to decision-makers at events, onsite, and during training.
