The Chief of Staff will play a role in supporting the leadership of the Global Gaming organization as an integral member of the senior management team. Reporting directly to the CEO, of Gaming, this role requires a self-starter with the desire to propel Aristocrat Gaming’s image to the next level.
In the Chief of Staff role, this individual will assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Furthermore, this individual will help support the delivery of new operational strategies and work with the CEO and senior executives on special projects, as assigned.

Pay Range
$158,987 - $295,262 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
In the Chief of Staff role, this individual will assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Furthermore, this individual will help support the delivery of new operational strategies and work with the CEO and senior executives on special projects, as assigned.
What You'll Do
- Serve as liaison between staff, senior leaders, and executives regarding current opportunities and provide recommendations for go-forward plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and uphold confidentiality
- Write first drafts of proposals, business cases, etc.
- Serve as air traffic controller for the CEO & integrator that connects workstreams for the BLT
- Attend high-profile meetings and help develop presented material including but not limited to BLT, QBRs, etc.
- Support the company culture development and further development of the ‘people first’ mentality
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Proactively identify needs and opportunities that impact the customer experience
- Establish and build strong, collaborative internal relationships with Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, Tech Services, P&C, Finance etc.
- Competitive analysis
- Commercial strategy and business analytics
- M&A efforts
- Strategic planning & organizational OKR/scorecard development
- Development and management of key metrics & reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in roles such as Analyst, Project Manager, or Operations Manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Experience in a regional or global business environment.
- Familiarity with Aristocrat’s business and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
