What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Aristocrat Gaming?
This Supervisor role will oversee part of the Production Line reporting to a Production Manager. In this role you will be responsible for keeping all areas running and inventory accurate. This role will work with multiple departments to assure orders are ready and correct and can be delivered on time.

Pay Range
$70,185 - $130,344 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
Depending on the nature of your role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Manages and develops people with a people first focus and demonstrates the company values.

- Implement measures to assure inventory accuracy and work order closure.
- Look for ways to improve process related to speed while maintaining quality.
- Identify quality process and procedures to improve accuracy for your area while maintaining 5S 1 standards.
- Maintain good communication with all employees which includes conducting one on ones inside and outside your department.
- Assist other departments as needed to meet business needs.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
- Able to communicate with a large group.
- Experience with the following programs: Teams, Excel, Outlook, and D365.
- 1 to 2 years’ of leadership experience in gaming, supply chain, or operations related industry
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior management experience.
