The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Enterprise Finance Reporting and Insights Center of Excellence team. This role is responsible for providing excellent products and services in the form of reports, insights, and cross collaboration across the Global Finance organization with an emphasis on Global Gaming to build sustainable automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations used by the Finance Teams to highlight data trends, anomalies and reduce manual tasks. Pay Range
$76,605 - $142,266 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

What You'll Do
The role is both strategic and operational, where the key outcomes are to:
- Review and provide consolidated metrics and KPIs on a timely basis during month-end and forecast cycles.
- Develop enhanced reporting, including self-service reporting for stakeholders, such as dashboards, visuals, or new reporting styles
- Build strong relationships across Business unit finance teams to facilitate open and timely communication
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and break down complex problems to provide clear and effective recommendations
- Utilized advanced presentation and visualization software to effectively communicate analysis/results to key stakeholders
- Partner with the broader Finance organization to build robust analytical models, tools, and processes and provide superior service to business partners/internal clients
- Cross collaborates with the tea,m learning other parts of the business (D&D, Interactive, Group) to assist when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of experience in finance-related data reporting, business intelligence, or related
- Advanced skills in Excel, including modeling and complex formulas
- Proficient in Power BI, including DAX formulas, is a plus
- VBA, SQL, and or Tableau experience is a plus
- Python experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and complex Financial Modeling skills, with experience working with complex financial data to produce analysis, including trend, forecast, and KPI analysis, generating insights to improve efficiency, quality, and performance
- Confidence to work on complex projects and drive them to a solution
- Track record of process improvement initiatives: Continuous improvement mindset, including the identification of automation opportunities
- Ability to see the big picture, but able to dive into the details when required
- Able to work with a wide range of data sources, including multiple ERP systems and legacy environments
- Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, including a track record of setting and accomplishing goals and demonstrating self-drive and motivation
- Must possess a high level of personal and professional development and accountability
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, including the ability to meet changing demands and to adapt to frequently changing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business
- Identification of opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality, providing trend analysis of forecasting and KPI analysis
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced global environment
- Team player, including working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams across the Global organization.
