The SVP, Head of Regulated Marketing, will lead a dynamic global team of marketing specialists focused on Aristocrat’s regulated product portfolios across Gaming and Interactive.
Reporting to the CEO, Gaming, and serving on the Aristocrat Gaming Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate must have an “enterprise mindset” approach to both people and operational strategies, driving active collaboration across business units and functions to deliver outstanding results and support a ONE Aristocrat culture. They will work closely with executive leadership to elevate the employee and customer experience, while delivering impactful marketing outcomes and efficient shared services to both Aristocrat Gaming and Aristocrat Interactive organizations.
This role will be responsible for forging a marketing center of excellence for regulated products, bringing together core marketing functions globally across media buying, advertising technology (web, digital asset management, Pardot, CRM, digital selling tools), creative services and events (including trade shows). $366,259 - $680,196 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

What You'll Do
- Will develop a strategy & deliverables to differentiate Aristocrat as the “go-to-provider” for content, technology and hardware across land & digital channels
- Deliver a consistent consumer experience across the globe with a focus on return on investment and resources
- Implement consistent governance processes and methods focused on efficiency and financial maximization
- Oversee the development of innovative marketing campaigns that support both operator acquisition and consumer engagement
- Drive user acquisition through targeted digital marketing strategies, including paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media, and SEO/SEM
- Manage digital campaigns to attract, convert, and retain both operator clients and end consumers, optimizing for customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Implement customer segmentation and data-driven strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Lead the use of Pardot CRM and marketing automation tools to manage customer journeys, track leads, and drive conversion
- Manage the media buying strategy across digital channels (PPC, social media, display, and retargeting) as well as traditional media
- Lead performance and digital content marketing, analysis, and resource allocation
- Lead annual marketing and digital content brand strategy development and planning
- Be accountable for global marketing, digital content and technology budget and agency management
- Scale and build brand equity, positioning, and messaging for key campaigns across regulated gaming
- Scale and build senior executive presentations, core internal and external communications
- Represent Aristocrat in public forums, industry, and trade discussions
- 15 years of experience in relevant marketing (including B2C and B2B) and business leadership roles.
- 5 years of experience in a senior executive level role, ideally managing globally dispersed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including user acquisition, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- In-depth knowledge of Pardot CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to drive marketing performance.
- Expertise in media buying, digital advertising, and optimizing media spend for maximum ROI.
- Experience in the use of marketing technology, business analytics, key performance indicators, and dashboards.
- Proven track record of leading agency partners to ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies designed to establish market presence and increase business performance.
- Experience with digital asset management platforms and user experience (UX) optimization.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in gaming technology, virtual platforms, and the future of digital marketing in regulated industries.
- Experience developing people, leading change and working effectively in fast paced, and cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and engagement skills, with ability to create buy-in and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proven success in business case development, presentation, and measurement.
- Experienced with risk identification and mitigation.
