Reporting directly to senior leadership, the VP leads a diverse and dynamic team of 600 professionals, spanning field operations, technical support, logistics, training, and process improvement. This position is based in Las Vegas, with an expected travel commitment of 20%-40%.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute long-term strategies for the Technology Services organization, aligning with Aristocrat’s overarching business objectives.
Lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring financial and operational goals are met or exceeded.
Translate strategic goals into actionable programs and measurable outcomes, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
Oversee field operations for slot machine installation, removal, conversions, and maintenance.
Manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) for bingo servers and wide-area progressives, ensuring seamless functionality.
Spearhead the adoption of transformative technologies, including Salesforce for Field Service and augmented reality tools, to enhance service delivery.
Optimize supply chain and logistics operations across regions, ensuring inventory availability and operational scalability to support growth.
Standardize tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team that embodies Aristocrat’s core values.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and professional development, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through effective mentoring and leadership.
Guide specialized teams, including technical training, customer support, and Six Sigma process improvement experts.
Customer Engagement & Satisfaction
Serve as the executive representative for customer service, resolving escalated issues and driving best-in-industry support levels.
Develop strong relationships with casino slot directors and senior executives to align services with customer expectations.
Ensure quality-first service execution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Financial & Regulatory Oversight
Manage and approve regional service budgets, including labor, travel expenses, warranty work, and other cost centers.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulatory requirements related to technical services.
Collaborate with the Global Information Security team to assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience (15 years) in gaming, supply chain management, customer service, or operations, with demonstrated success in progressive roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of highly regulated industries, preferably gaming, and familiarity with relevant compliance requirements.
- Expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership at a global scale.
- Experience leading a large field service team of 600 across regulated industries at a global scale.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills with a track record of achieving results.
