Job Description

This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing processes for all RMG gaming jurisdictional requirements for the licensing of Roxor, Roxor Gibraltar, NeoGames Group, ATGS and any other entity required to file as related to RMG. The position is the Compliance lead liaison for Americas’ licensing matters with Regulatory Authorities and internal business partners and is also responsible for supervising Las Vegas based Corporate Licensing Specialists to ensure Corporate, and Key employee applications are filed to meet regulatory timelines.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise the Corporate Licensing Specialist assigned to the RMG Team’s day-to-day operations – 2 direct reports.
  • Meet with RMG Licensing Team one-on-one to continue to develop talent, mentor, train and address areas of improvement.
  • Department liaison for all matters related to RMG.
  • Corporate licensing resource for new RMG entities including the Global team.
  • Maintain and run various reports via ArdentSky Compliance Calendars to ensure jurisdictions are assigned as required by the Submit by Deadline date.
  • Allocate workload to ensure gaming license initial and renewal applications are submitted to the Gaming Regulatory Agencies via ArdentSky timely to avoid fines & meet business demands.
  • Takes the lead on researching and processing new jurisdictions globally.
  • Works with with the RMG Leadership team for additional new jurisdictions and Executive licensure to expedite the licensing process.
  • Work with the Licensing Director as the RMG acquistion close to create a strategy to fold them into the Aristocrat’s licensing process.
  • Train new employee on how to process applications for companies that are acquired by Aristocrat.
  • Approve ADP
  • Approve Check Requests
  • Primary resource for the Key Personnel to make the licensing process as effortless as possible.
  • Works as liaison with Gaming Agencies on behalf of the key personnel and staff.
  • Oversee the timely filing of license applications (new and renewals) by deadlines as required by Gaming Regulators and / or project deadlines.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned by department management.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of experience as a casino / gaming licensing analyst handling multiple jurisdictions
  • 3 years supervisory experience
  • ArdentSky proficient

  • Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; particularly : PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented.

    The US based roles may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and / or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

    Travel Expectations Up to 25%

    Pay Range $57,313 - $106,440 per year

    Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
