The Global Legal Corporate Center of Excellence oversees corporate matters such as governance, disclosures, transactions, and securities compliance. The Paralegal - Corporate will be primarily responsible for US corporate entity management and assist other Centers of Excellences with contract review and related tasks as time permits. Reporting to the Director – Group Governance & Secretariat, this role will be part of the Global Legal Corporate Center of Excellence based in Australia, while working from our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Close collaboration with in-house attorneys, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams is a key aspect of this position.

Pay Range
$26.54 - $49.28 per hour
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

What You'll Do
Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Prepare, file, and monitor U.S. entity registrations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party providers.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in achieving compliance with all statutory requirements by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and following established protocols.
- Perform legal research and prepare reports and summaries as needed.
- Assist with corporate and governance matters, including half-year and full-year reporting and annual general meeting processes.
- Under the direction of in-house counsel, draft, process, revise, track, and file various commercial agreements to support business operations, including work for different Centers of Excellence such as Gaming, Aristocrat Interactive, Privacy, and Pixel United.
- 2 years as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate legal or legal operations environment.
- A paralegal certificate and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in U.S. entity registration processes and corporate filings
- Basic knowledge of contract management and legal technology platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Notary Public certification preferred.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
