As a product lifecycle management (PLM) product owner at Aristocrat Gaming, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the PLM/ERP ecosystem (Currently "Manage 2000" (M2K) transitioning to Siemens Teamcenter). Your work will directly impact our business processes and customer experiences and drive digital transformation. This role is crucial for ensuring the PLM system's stability, integrity, and efficient operation that supports our core organizational functions and manufacturing processes. You will also be responsible for helping users maximize the system functionality, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing the configuration and maintenance of our PLM system, utilizing SQL skills for data analysis, and managing system enhancements. You will deeply understand item creation, single and multilevel bills of materials (BOM), manufacturing operations, and processes with expertise in Teamcenter and Microsoft Power Apps.

Pay Range
$82,263 - $152,774 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

What You'll Do
- System Administration and Support: Manage the environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance. Provide technical support to resolve user issues as they occur and train users to ensure efficient and effective use of the PLM system.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with operational teams to understand process requirements and challenges. Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and support business growth.
- Data Management and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the system. Implement data controls, validation rules, and routine audits to maintain data quality. Utilize SQL for advanced data management and analysis tasks.
- Customization and Integration: Customize and configure the system to meet specific operational needs. Integrate with other business systems and applications to enhance functionality and data flow. Use SQL and Microsoft Power Apps for custom reporting and data visualization needs.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards within, utilizing Power BI and SQL to provide insights and analytics to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and expectations by gathering documents and prioritizing requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Consult with development teams on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies to ensure stakeholder requirements are fulfilled.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide development teams and work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and performance of the product from design to production deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a product owner.
- Familiarization with Teamcenter, with a strong focus on item creation and bills of materials.
- Expertise in SQL and SSRS for data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of PLM best practices, customization, and configuration.
- Proficiency in data migration and integration strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, including using analytics tools.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
