This role will serve as a Program Manager to the Global D&D Program Management team. As a Program Manager you will be accountable for the delivery of a game changing program. This role requires the ability to communicate with executives as well as drilling down to the day-to-day activities of the delivery teams. The Program Manager leads a cross-functional
team of diverse stakeholders responsible for end-to-end ownership of product development through commercialization in a new and complex environment, and ensuring all teams are aligned in the successful delivery of the program - on-time, within budget, and within scope from “concept through final launch”.
Duties include, yet are not limited to, leveraging operational excellence in leading the planning, scheduling, and successful execution of product development driving the cadence. Activities will range from requirements consolidation, backlog hygiene management and managing schedules and risks registers as well as communicating status to project teams. The program includes technology software, game content development, and hardware development – as well as compliance and quality oversight throughout the full life cycle of the product. You also will use stage gates, risk and opportunity management, regular cadence of meetings, reviews, reporting, program metrics, counter measures, and overall performance management through program until closure and transition to business as usual.

What You'll Do
- Visible functional leader of small to medium-scale, cross-functional new product development programs from concept, through development and verification/validation testing, into launch and into stainability
- Manage programs / project utilizing company adopted project methodologies – by tracking, tracking project milestones, dependencies, and the entire delivery process
- Lead program from ideation to approval through program governance
- Build stakeholder engagement to understand, interpret, and disseminate project requirements, and reassess the selected approach for best fit
- Create and maintain project artifacts using PMIS, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Drive operational excellence to improve performance, maximize value, & increase efficiencies
- Proactively track progress and resolution on technical issues through use of JIRA tickets
- Interact with product management team to ensure requirements are clearly defined
- Lead refinement of requirements with product management and delivery team Be responsible for ensuring the requirements are aligned with regulatory compliance
- Communicate project status including milestones, challenges & opportunities from the program team to stakeholders and senior Executives
- Always maintain program artifacts through transparent communication
- Oversight of the individual program delivery and fit and finish against key performance indicators
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance across the business on effective execution of project plans, management of expectations, and conflict management leading to resolution
- Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science/Program Management, or Business Information Systems degree or relevant work experience plus 3 years of leading small to medium size programs as a program manager
- Or 5 years of previous experience leading small to medium size programs as a program manager
- Project/Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.) would be beneficial (but not mandatory), or relevant industry and work experience
- Demonstrated effective analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Prior experience in the casino gaming industry would be beneficial (but not mandatory)
- Successful project development delivery from inception to approval
- Experience driving ambiguous information to quantifiable request (who, when, why, what)
- Experience using a team-based project solution such as MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, or other technology
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel for document creation or other related tools
