Aristos Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a full time Concierge to add to our team!
Aristos Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a small, 57 bed facility who serves long term, short term, Skilled and IOP residents in the community.
We are seeking a individual who is energetic, reliable, kind and personable, whom excels in a close-knit, supportive atmosphere and who will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm when caring for our Residents.
Duties :
- Welcoming new Resident's and their families into the facility and provide them with all necessary information.
- Respond promptly to Resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Completing daily facility rounds to address Resident needs and concerns.
- Maintaining daily concern log with any resident or visitor log and concerns raised; indicating follow up measures that were taken to remedy any concerns.
- Answering phone calls to the facility and answering main entrance doors for visitors.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in all interactions with guests.
