We are currently seeking a Vice President, Data Integrations Information Technology to join our team.
The Vice President, Data Integration Information Technology will lead mission-critical projects to develop and implement technical solutions that meet the growing business needs. This role will engage closely with the Operations, Trading, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams, as well as internal and external technology partners. The role will be responsible for developing and testing data integrations between internal systems and business partners, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Additionally, the role will involve developing new applications, including front-end, middle-tier, and backend databases, while also supporting existing systems. The role will involve mentoring and technical oversight on the activities by the team.
What You Will Do :
- Develop integration functionality supporting front, middle, and back-office teams on business applications related to security master, market data, settlements, data reconciliation, and performance measurement.
- Provide support for existing business applications, including Bloomberg, FactSet, Jira, and Charles River.
- Enhance and support the Aristotle Data Warehouse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and evaluate detailed technical requirements.
- Assist in system testing and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and escalate high-level / high-risk systems failures.
- Provide application support and communicate with users on system status, changes, problems, and enhancements.
- Review code developed by team members to ensure adherence to standards and high code quality.
- Create frameworks and utilities for code standardization across teams.
- Train users on new software / business upgrades and document procedures for reference and training new employees.
- Develop new workflows or enhance existing workflows to meet technical requirements.
- Establish, manage, and monitor service levels for job runs and completion timings.
- Plan and perform disaster recovery testing.
- Coordinate software implementations and upgrades with vendors and outside consultants.
- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiencies across the firm.
- Write database queries to provide data extracts and reports.
- Document results of data analysis comprehensively, clearly, and concisely.
- Review technical solutions and documents for team members to ensure quality.

Compensation Range : $175,000.00 - $200,000.00, plus discretionary bonus.
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
This is a hybrid role, based in our Los Angeles, CA office or Newport Beach, CA office.
