Aristotle is a majority employee-owned investment management organization that specializes in equity and fixed income portfolio management for institutional and advisory clients worldwide with over $100 Billion in Asset Under Management. Aristotle Capital Management’s Summer Internship is an eight-week program designed to provide broad learning experience, organizational knowledge, and business acumen.
Our Interns will have the unique opportunity to work on significant business tasks, projects, interact with senior leaders, and participate in various training activities.
Under supervision, each Intern will perform a variety of professional, entry-level duties to obtain practical experience related to their major field of study and interest, and the sponsoring department’s current business operations within Aristotle. Interns will interact with staff at all levels of the organization and will attend various training sessions for further development. Work schedules will be Monday through Friday during regular business hours and on-site at least 2 days to a maximum of 5 days per week for the eight-week program.

- Students must be currently enrolled and taking classes at an accredited program or university institution, preferably those who will be entering their junior or senior year by Fall 2025.
- Undergraduate students majoring in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Economics desired, or a related field, all other Majors will be considered (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better).
- Be at least 18 years of age by the time the program begins.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently within a professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire eight-week program, June 23, 2025, through August 14, 2025.
- Available for a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence for 2 to 5 days per week.
