Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Handle clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries, addressing concerns and providing information as needed.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with various office software applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in medical reception is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
